First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving extra nutrition through a vein during dialysis (called IDPN) helps people on long-term hemodialysis build muscle and maintain healthy blood pressure. Researchers will compare muscle growth rates when patients receive IDPN versus their usual care. The study plans to enroll 16 adults who have been on dialysis for at least 3 months.
