Scientists probe muscle mystery in new Weight-Linked drug trial

Summary
This study aims to understand how a new oral drug called ATR-258 affects specific signaling pathways inside the muscles of healthy, overweight men. Ten participants will take the daily drug for eight weeks. Researchers will use muscle biopsies and other tests to see how the muscles respond over time and if the body's sensitivity to the drug changes.
