Summary
This study looked at whether doing aerobic exercise before strength training helps older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) build more muscle. Fourteen participants completed the program. The goal was to see if increasing blood flow to muscles through aerobic exercise makes strength training more effective.
