Summary
This study is creating a large registry to track the long-term health of people with multiple blocked heart arteries. Researchers will follow 25,000 patients to see how they fare over time after receiving different treatments like medication, bypass surgery, or stents. The goal is to understand which approaches work best in everyday medical practice by recording major health events like heart attacks, strokes, and the need for repeat procedures.
