Major trial tests promising new drug combo against tough blood cancer
NCT ID NCT07222761
Summary
This large Phase 3 trial is testing whether a new drug called linvoseltamab, given alone or with another cancer drug (carfilzomib), works better than current standard treatments for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to prior therapy. The study will enroll about 915 participants to see if these new approaches lead to deeper, longer-lasting responses and help people live longer. Researchers will also closely track side effects and quality of life.
