Summary

This study is testing a new combination of three drugs (ixazomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose of this combination and to see how well it works at controlling the cancer. It is for adults who have already tried at least one or two other treatments.
