Summary
This study is testing two different drug combinations for people with multiple myeloma that has stopped responding to multiple standard treatments. Researchers want to see if adding a new drug called selinexor to existing medications can help control the cancer. The trial is enrolling 127 adults whose cancer has become resistant to most available therapies.
