Summary

This study tested a new oral drug, CC-92480, given alone and with a steroid (dexamethasone), for adults with multiple myeloma that has come back and stopped responding to many standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug combination could shrink the cancer. The trial was for patients whose disease had progressed despite trying at least three prior treatment regimens.
