Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether two drugs—elranatamab (given as an injection) and iberdomide (taken as a pill)—can be safely combined to treat multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to previous treatments. The trial will enroll 87 adults who have already tried several other therapies. Researchers will first determine safe dosage levels and then monitor how patients respond to the combination treatment.
