Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety of two new drug combinations for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. About 90 participants will receive either a three-drug combination or a two-drug combination to see how well they are tolerated. The main goal is to find safe doses and understand side effects, while also checking if the treatments help control the cancer.
