Summary
This early-stage trial tested whether combining a personalized immune cell therapy (called bb2121 or ide-cel) with other drugs could help adults with multiple myeloma that had returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The study aimed to find safe doses and see if these combinations showed early signs of effectiveness. The trial was terminated after enrolling 21 participants.
