First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding focused treatments like surgery and radiation to standard drug therapy can help people with HER2-positive stage IV breast cancer that has spread to only a few spots. About 562 participants will either get standard drugs alone or drugs plus local treatments. The goal is to see if the combination helps people live longer or keeps the cancer from growing.
