Summary

This study tests whether adding touch and sound feedback to standard mirror therapy can improve arm function in stroke survivors with arm weakness. Eighty-four participants will be split into three groups: one gets the enhanced therapy, one gets digital mirror feedback only, and one uses a traditional mirror box. They will attend 20 therapy sessions, and their arm movement and brain activity will be measured before, after, and at a one-month follow-up.
