First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of a controlled diet, structured exercise, and a supplement (symbiotic) can reduce harmful toxins and inflammation in young people with early chronic kidney disease (stages 1-3). Researchers will compare the effects of this 180-day program against standard care plus a placebo in 200 participants. The goal is to see if this approach can slow disease progression and improve kidney health.
