Summary
This study tested a nurse-led multimedia program that helps family caregivers and lung cancer patients get ready for surgery. The program includes videos and guides to reduce caregiver stress, improve patient recovery, and boost quality of life. About 380 people took part, and researchers measured changes in distress, burden, and preparedness over three months after leaving the hospital.
