First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether a special website with videos and information could reduce anxiety in 250 adults scheduled for vascular surgery. Patients who used the site rated their anxiety on a 0-10 scale and compared it to those who did not use the site. The goal was to see if easy-to-access multimedia helps people feel less nervous before their operation.
