First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares two hands-on treatments—Mulligan mobilization and myofascial release—for people with cervicogenic headache (headache caused by neck problems). 90 adults aged 18-65 who have had neck pain or headache for at least 3 months will track their headache frequency, pain level, and how headaches affect daily life. The goal is to see which technique provides better symptom relief.
