Hands-On hope for aching backs: new therapy trial

NCT ID NCT07415538

Summary

This study is testing if adding a specific hands-on therapy (Mulligan SNAG) to standard physical therapy works better for chronic low back pain. Researchers will compare it to standard therapy alone and a fake version of the hands-on technique. They are recruiting 30 adults with long-term back pain to measure changes in pain, movement ability, and fear of re-injury.
