New hope for moms: simple moves to stop pelvic pain

NCT ID NCT07526038

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a gentle manual therapy called Mulligan mobilization to standard core exercises can reduce pain and improve movement in new mothers with sacroiliac joint dysfunction. About 48 women, 6 weeks to 6 months after childbirth, will receive either core exercises alone or core exercises plus the mobilization. The goal is to find a better way to ease pelvic pain and help moms get back to daily activities.
