Summary

This study looks at whether adding a gentle manual therapy called Mulligan mobilization to core strengthening exercises helps reduce pain and improve movement in women with sacroiliac joint pain after childbirth. About 48 women who gave birth 6 weeks to 6 months ago will take part. The goal is to see if the combination works better than core exercises alone.
