Summary
This study tests a new nasal spray COVID-19 vaccine (NDV-HXP-S-KP.2) to see if it's safe and tolerable compared to a standard mRNA booster shot. About 200 adults who have already been vaccinated against COVID-19 will receive either the nasal vaccine or an mRNA shot. Researchers will monitor for side effects and any signs of the vaccine virus spreading.
