Summary
This study tests a new nasal spray COVID-19 vaccine (NDV-HXP-S-KP.2) against a standard mRNA shot in 200 adults who have already been vaccinated. The goal is to see if the nasal vaccine is safe and tolerable. Participants must be 18-64 with a high-risk condition or 65+ and have had their last COVID vaccine at least 6 months ago.
