Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called MTI-301 in about 42 adults with advanced solid cancers that have spread or not responded to standard treatments. MTI-301 blocks an enzyme (SCD1) that helps tumors grow. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects, not to cure the cancer.
