Summary
This study tests a new tuberculosis vaccine called MTBVAC in 276 adolescents and adults living with or without HIV in South Africa. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and triggers a strong immune response. Participants will be monitored for side effects and their immune cells will be measured.
