This study tested whether a special goggle system and other standard tests can reliably detect mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) in people who recently had a head injury. Researchers compared 161 participants with mTBI to those with minor injuries. The goal is to improve how quickly and accurately doctors can diagnose concussions.
