Summary
This study tested whether adding teneligliptin to canagliflozin helps Japanese adults with type 2 diabetes who still have high blood sugar despite taking canagliflozin alone. Over 24 weeks, 154 participants took both drugs once daily. The main goal was to see if the combination lowered HbA1c (a measure of average blood sugar) more effectively than canagliflozin alone.
