Brain zaps tested to help MS patients walk better

NCT ID NCT07159789

Summary

This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS can improve walking ability in people with Multiple Sclerosis who have leg stiffness and walking difficulties. Researchers will compare real brain stimulation to a sham (fake) treatment over 6 weeks in 60 participants. The main goal is to see if the treatment helps people walk faster and farther, while also measuring changes in quality of life.
