Summary
This study aims to clearly distinguish between multiple sclerosis (MS) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), two conditions that can look alike but need different treatments. Researchers will measure specific proteins in the blood of 100 participants aged 18 to 50 and compare them with MRI scans and disability scores. The goal is to find better ways to diagnose and manage each disease.
