Summary
This study aims to find better ways to tell the difference between Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and a similar disease called Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD). Researchers will compare blood tests and MRI scans from 100 patients with these conditions. The goal is to see if specific proteins in the blood can help doctors make a more accurate diagnosis.
