Summary

This study looks at two ways to treat multiple sclerosis (MS) in people who were diagnosed after turning 50. One approach starts with milder drugs and only uses stronger ones if needed, while the other starts with stronger drugs right away. The goal is to see which strategy better prevents relapses and to understand what factors affect treatment success and side effects.
