Summary

This large trial aims to find the best treatment strategy for people newly diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). It compares starting with powerful, higher-risk medications right away versus beginning with traditional, first-line therapies and only switching if needed. The goal is to see which approach is more effective at preventing long-term disability and improving quality of life over time.
