Summary

This study aims to understand how the stiffness and mechanical properties of muscles in the legs and chest relate to breathing function, fatigue, and feelings of anxiety or depression in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will measure these factors in about 58 participants with MS and compare them to healthy individuals. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help improve future clinical care and management of the disease.
