Summary
This study aimed to understand what might cause some people with early brain changes (Radiologically Isolated Syndrome) to develop full multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers checked blood samples from 110 people to look for signs of Epstein-Barr virus infection and measure vitamin D levels. The goal was to find markers that could help predict disease risk and guide future monitoring.
