Can your brain accurately feel your body move? MS study investigates

NCT ID NCT07175792

Summary

This study aims to understand how accurately people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can perceive changes in their own movement during walking and standing-up tasks. Researchers will compare 88 participants—half with MS and half healthy—by having them perform these tasks while reporting when they feel their speed or smoothness change. The goal is to identify specific perception deficits in MS to help design better, personalized support strategies in the future.
