VR headsets could revolutionize how doctors track MS
NCT ID NCT07361965
Summary
This study aims to see if standard physical tests for walking, balance, and leg strength can be accurately performed using mixed reality (VR) headsets by people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will enroll 75 adults with mild-to-moderate MS to compare results from the VR tests with the traditional, in-person versions. The goal is to develop a more objective and potentially remote way to monitor MS symptoms and rehabilitation progress.
