New MRI technique may reveal hidden brain activity in MS patients
NCT ID NCT07510607
First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a new type of MRI that looks at energy use in the brain to see if it can predict how well multiple sclerosis (MS) patients respond to a common treatment. About 40 adults with relapsing-remitting MS who have not had treatment in the last two years will get this special MRI before and after starting anti-CD20 therapy. The goal is to find a non-invasive way to monitor disease activity and treatment response.
