Scientists track MS brain damage for a decade to find growth clues

NCT ID NCT04625049

Summary

This study aims to understand if early signs of brain inflammation in people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can predict which brain lesions will grow larger over 10 years. Researchers will follow about 100 MS patients who had a special brain scan years ago, checking their brain health with MRIs and clinical tests. The goal is to learn more about how MS progresses, not to test a new treatment.
