Summary

This study is testing a new hybrid exercise program for people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will do 12 weeks of group circuit training with physiotherapists, followed by using a mobile app to track their own physical activities at home. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves movement skills, walking, and overall quality of life for people living with MS.
