Summary

This study looks at how exercise and diet affect heart health in women with metabolic risks. Researchers will compare exercise alone, exercise plus diet counseling, and stretching in 180 pre- and postmenopausal women over 6 months. The goal is to see which approach best reduces insulin resistance and other heart disease risks.
