MS fatigue fight: which pill works better for daily energy?

NCT ID NCT06843382

Summary

This study aims to see if two common oral medications for multiple sclerosis (MS)—teriflunomide and dimethyl fumarate—differ in how they affect physical and mental fatigue over a year. Researchers will follow 100 adults with MS who are starting one of these medications as part of their regular care, measuring their walking endurance, hand function, and thinking speed at regular check-ups. The goal is to provide real-world evidence to help patients and doctors choose treatments that better manage the debilitating fatigue common in MS.
