Live vs. recorded: which exercise works better for MS?
NCT ID NCT07233902
Summary
This study compared two types of online exercise programs for people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). Sixteen participants were randomly assigned to either live video sessions with a therapist or pre-recorded exercise videos to follow on their own. Researchers measured how each approach affected fatigue, strength, mobility, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
