Summary
This study tests whether special education from a nurse—either in person or through video calls—can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) manage common problems like fatigue, pain, poor sleep, and urinary tract infections. About 96 adults with relapsing-remitting MS will take part. The education is based on a health-promotion model and aims to improve quality of life by teaching practical self-care strategies.
