First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested an experimental oral drug (SAR443820) in 174 adults with multiple sclerosis (MS) to see if it could lower a marker of nerve damage in the blood. The study was stopped early because the drug did not show a clear benefit compared to a placebo. Participants were followed for up to 96 weeks, but the main goal was not met.
