Can a common MS drug fight brain fog and exhaustion in veterans?

NCT ID NCT07181811

Summary

This study aims to see if taking the MS drug ocrelizumab for a long time helps reduce severe fatigue and improve thinking skills like memory and attention in veterans with multiple sclerosis. Researchers will follow 30 veterans already on this medication for a year, checking their fatigue levels and cognitive performance at the start, 6 months, and 12 months. The goal is to learn if these extra assessments should become part of regular care to better manage MS symptoms.
