Scientists look inside the brain to see how MS drug works

NCT ID NCT05974852

Summary

This study looked back at brain scans from a previous clinical trial to see if the multiple sclerosis drug ocrelizumab causes changes in a specific brain area called the choroid plexus. Researchers analyzed MRI scans from 732 people with primary progressive MS who had participated in the earlier trial. The goal was to gather knowledge about how the drug might work in the brain, not to test a new treatment.
