Summary

This study is testing if a new drug called frexalimab works as well and is as safe when given as a monthly shot under the skin (subcutaneous) compared to the standard monthly IV infusion. It's for adults with relapsing or certain progressive forms of multiple sclerosis (MS). The main goal is to see if the body processes the shot version similarly and if it controls MS activity as effectively over a year.
