Summary
This study aimed to understand how the approved MS drug ofatumumab affects specific immune cells in the brain called microglia. Researchers followed 10 adults with relapsing MS for 9 months after they started the drug. They used advanced brain scans and blood tests to see if changes in these brain cells were linked to changes in the patients' condition.
