Summary

This study is testing if a 12-week mindset coaching program, delivered via a smartphone app, can make a standard 6-week brain training program more effective for people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers want to see if this personalized approach helps improve memory, concentration, and daily thinking skills more than brain training alone. The study involves 126 adults with MS who will use the apps at home and complete questionnaires and optional brain scans.
