Summary
This study is testing a new way to do breathing exercises for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Researchers want to see if adjusting the exercise difficulty based on a person's maximum strength is better than the usual method. The goal is to improve breathing muscle strength, reduce fatigue, and enhance quality of life. The 8-week program will be done at home with remote guidance from a physical therapist.
