Summary

This study tested whether a daily oral liquid called CNM-Au8 could improve the energy levels of brain cells in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Thirty-three participants with different types of MS took the treatment for 12 weeks. Researchers used a special brain scan to measure changes in the brain's energy chemistry as the main goal.
