New exercise combo targets debilitating MS bladder problems
NCT ID NCT07166809
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special core stabilization exercise program to standard pelvic floor muscle training could better improve bladder symptoms and pelvic function in women with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers compared the two exercise approaches in 24 women over 8 weeks, measuring symptoms, muscle function, and quality of life. The goal was to see if the combined approach offered more relief for these common and bothersome MS symptoms.
